1929 Yearbook. The Early forerunners of the Lincolnian was the Orange & Black
and the Railsplitter was the Echo.

1929 Coach Roger "Happy" Van Pelt
In 1925 he was the head Football coach. Prior to coming to Lincoln he was All American center on the university of Utah Basketball team and also was the star end of the Football team in 1916. Note the nick name "Happy".

The 1936 Yearbook was kinda sad as the school had lost the Auditorium and Library and Music buildings. The Artwork in this annual was done by Hal Roach Studios. Kenny Washington was a Summer 1936 Graduate.

The 1937 Yearbook shows the Constuction of the new School as we know it.
