My fondest memories of Lincoln were the classmates and teachers. I played
basketball with a great bunch of teammates. My closest friends were Ken
Guffey, John Micheli and Gene Flores (W55).
After graduation from Lincoln I attended Occidental College majoring in
Physical Education and playing basketball. I taught and coached 9 years at
Lincoln, 11 years at Westchester H/S and 18 years at Monroe H/S. I
retired from LAUSD in 1997 after 38 years.
My wife of 43 years and I moved to Durango, Colo. in 1998. Any classmates
visiting the area should feel free to look us up.
